We accomplished this with the support of a wonderful board of directors and hard work from our team members. Despite this recognition, each day we strive for improvement and will never be satisfied with providing a service that is less than excellent. Our success depends on many unsung heroes. Our team members are motivated each day to enhance the quality of your life. We are fortunate to have terrific team members who deliver the magic and, without whom, nothing we do would be possible.
We are Number One! Hard work does pay off! In our “Quest to be the Best” we are making substantial progress. We were honored to be partnered with the Disney Institute to bring the Disney Keys to Excellence to the Valley. Recently, our lifeguards received a National Aquatic Safety award from Ellis and Associates which noted that guests in our pools “are consistently being afforded with the highest degree of swimmer protection currently available.” The District is completing requirements to become a chapter of The First Tee, the biggest name in youth golf. Our relationship with the Ken Blanchard Companies (the One Minute Manager) continues as we pursue our goal of being the “Employer of Choice.” |
