In today’s climate, it’s more important than ever that we are prepared for possible emergencies. Knowing what to do when disasters happen, and knowing basic first aid and CPR techniques is smart. This training course will give you the skills and confidence to help anyone whether at home, in your neighborhood, or at work. Being prepared is the best action to take!

Babysitters Training
This course was designed to teach boys and girls 11 -15 years old everything they need to know to be a good babysitter. The Babysitter’s Training is a fun 7-hour interactive course about first aid and safety skills.
Participants learn how to:
- Supervise children
- Get professional medical help fast
- Identify common safety hazards to prevent injuries
- Basic care routines
- Discipline and problem solving
*The course fee includes a Babysitter's Handbook and Emergency Reference Guide to take home.

Adult - Infant - Child CPR
This 8-hour course is designed to teach students to respond to sudden illness, injuries, and breathing/cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Upon successful completion students will receive an Adult Infant & Child CPR and First Aid Certification. CPR certification is valid for one year and First Aid certification is valid for 3 years.
